Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal

The Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal provides Opelika City Schools employees with secure access to manage personal and payroll information. Through ESS, employees can:

  • Update demographic details (address, phone number, emergency contacts)
  • View and download paystubs and tax documents
  • Change direct deposit information
  • Access benefits and payroll records
