The Opelika City Schools Board of Education is now accepting applications for the position of superintendent.  The application collection process is being conducted by the law office of Capell & Howard.  All applications should be submitted to Mr. Bob Meadows at bob.meadows@chlaw.com.  The job posting and application are available on the OCS website at this link Superintendent Application.

The application deadline is May 5, 2025.  Applicants selected for final consideration will be notified by May 9, 2025.  Interviews of finalists will be conducted by the end of May and will be open to the public.  The intention of the board is to have a candidate selected by June 1, 2025, with a start date of July 1, 2025.
