Welcome to the 2012-2013 School Year

Welcome to Opelika Middle School for the 2012-13 school year! As we look forward to the start of a new year, we are proud of our successes and look forward to another exciting year of achievements ahead. The faculty and staff at Opelika Middle School will strive to give each student the opportunity to meet with success in all of his/her endeavors at school. We will continue to focus on creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that encourages high expectations and success through rigorous instruction.

Our goals at OMS could not be achieved without the continued support of our parents and stakeholders. With active parental participation, we will work to make each day a positive experience for each OMS student. We are committed to supporting the whole child and invite you to join in this effort to ensure innovation, creative thinking, intellectual curiosity, academic excellence, and good citizenship.
