  This is Mrs. Coomb's 8th grade English class Moodle page (or our class away from class).  In order to become proficient online learner's, students will be required to use this Moodle page for several class assignments. It will also serve as a tool for students and parents/guardians.  Our Moodle will contain notes, handouts, digital copies of some assignments, projects, homework, and links for extra help.

• Catching Kids Up Book Study 2013

  Catching Kids Up: Learning Focused Strategies will serve as a spring board for discussion and continuing professional development in the area of accelerating learning in the classroom.  This unique approach to our traditional book study will provide you with an online forum to respond to questions along with fellow colleagues at Opelika Middle School.  This forum will also allow you to dialogue with your colleagues as they respond to your answers.
