National Science Foundation 2010 Seamless Admission Summer Bridge Program for Engineering and Science Students

The 2010 National Science Foundation AUM Seamless Admission Summer Bridge Program for Engineering and Science Students is a wonderful academic opportunity for high achieving women and underrepresented minority students in your school who will be graduating this spring and are planning to attend Auburn University or Auburn University Montgomery and major in engineering.

The AUM Seamless Admission Summer Bridge Program for Engineering and Science Students is a five-week program in which successful candidates will be enrolled in six credit hours of classes at AUM with paid tuition, books, housing and a meal allowance in addition to a $500 stipend. The goal of the program is to bridge the gap from high school to college for women and underrepresented minority students majoring in engineering and science.

Please distribute the applications to your students who you think would qualify and are interested. Selection is competitive.

The deadline for the receipt of completed applications is Thursday, April 22, 2010.

AU Residential Summer Youth Camp Information

Registration is open for residential summer youth camps offered through
the Office of Professional and Continuing Education. Participants in
each academic program will enjoy a learning experience enhanced by fun
and entertaining social activities. Opportunities are available for
youth in grades five through 12. To view specific camps, dates and
