Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year at Morris Avenue Intermediate School.  We are one of three intermediate schools in the Opelika City School system.  Morris Avenue has an exciting academic year planned for each of you.  The theme for the upcoming school year is “We Have a Ball with Learning” At Morris Avenue the education of the child is a team effort involving the student, parent/guardian, faculty/staff and community.  We provide individualized instruction to meet the educational needs of every student.  Also, we are fortunate to have the strong support of our community and parents.  Our PTO is a very active group that is planning special events for our children and would welcome any participation.
