CHICAGO Trip deposits are due!  If possible, please send in your payments to the PO Box!  And remember, we have set up a handy payment plan for all expenses this year – we want to make it as painless as possible!  The amounts due depend vary per section, so please refer to the handbooks (OHS, Percussion, and Visual Ensemble) as well as the Chicago trip letter for details.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns!

If ou have signed up to attend the leadership conference, please pay your fee to Mr. Smith ASAP.  We are currently working on transportation, more details this week.

We will need to plan to leave at 5am.  Eat breakfast and bring money for late lunch/dinner!  You will also need a writing utencil.  Please plan to look your best (khaki shorts, tennis shoes and a BAND shirt).

No Brainer Fundraiser!  Buffalo Wild Wings in Tiger Town is offering a Spirit Night EVERYNIGHT!  That's right, anytime you go into Buffalo's and enjoy fare, you can help the OHS "Spirit of the South."  Simply present your card to the server and 10% of the total ticket will be given back to the band!  Its that easy! Furthermore, the cards will be accepted ANY NIGHT OFTHE WEEK!  So, head on out to Buffalo Wild Wings and help support the Band!

 

If your child has not received a card, please let me know, we will get one to you!
